The data controller processes Personal Data of data subjects in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular Polish law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

  • until the limitation period for potential claims expires
  • in case of data processed based on consent - until its withdrawal
  • data collected by Meta Pixel is stored in accordance with Meta's current policy from 30 to 180 days for event data, and up to 2 years for detailed advertising data

14. Cookies
