Shipping policy

1. The Seller offers delivery of the Product via courier/transport companies throughout the European Union.

2. In the process of placing an Order, the Customer selects the supplier and the form of delivery of the Product and accepts the delivery cost.

3. The delivery cost is provided each time the delivery method is selected, and the total cost of the Order (the price of the Product and the delivery cost) is clearly presented in the Order summary before it is placed by the Customer.

4. The Seller acts in the delivery process solely as an intermediary between the Customer and the courier/transport company. The amount paid by the Customer as delivery costs constitutes the courier/transport company's remuneration for the performance of the transport service and is transferred in full by the Seller to that company.

5. The Seller re-invoices the transport service provided by the courier/transport company to the Customer based on documents received from these companies.

6. The delivery time is 1-7 business days from the moment of receipt of payment.
