Refund policy

1. The provisions contained in this article concerning the right of withdrawal from the contract by Consumers shall apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when it results from the content of this contract that it is not of a professional nature for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by them, made available under the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.

2. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller via the Online Store, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, came into possession of the Product.

3. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement, the Customer may use the model withdrawal form or contact us by e-mail at vmiststore@gmail.com, sending an unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the agreement.

4. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Customer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller's address.

5. The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the Product.

6. The Consumer is obliged to return the Product in an undamaged condition, without traces of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product, immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract.

7. The Seller will return to the Consumer all payments received, including the full cost of delivery, no later than 14 days from receipt of information about the withdrawal from the contract.

8. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until receiving the Product or until providing proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.
